Communicate with clients to understand what kind of product they are in need.

According to clients‘s requirement，information(like samples, pictures, etc.), we have discussions to analyze and confirm the product structure and design direction.

We give quotation to clients. Product design will begin after the contract is signed.

2D, 3D drawing, effect drawing will be offered to clients.

Communicate with client about the design. We will make modification to complete th design.

3D & CNC sample will be offered to client after the design is confirmed.

Communicate with client about the mold opening details.

Mold opening manufacturer which is recommended by us or selected by client, will communicate with client directly and quote on mold opening.

We sign a contract with client to follow up the entire mold opening process for them after they place the mold opening order to the manufacturer.

We manage the entire mold opening process and report to client.

1st test on mold after it is finished.

Sample from the 1st mold test will be sent to client to confirm.

Sample from the 2nd & 3rd mold test will be sent to client to improve the mold to meet client‘s requirement.

Sample from the final mold test will be sent to client. Mold Adjustment is finished and ready for bulk production once the final sample is confirmed.

Bulk production manufacturer which is recommended by us or selected by client. We will communicate with client directly and quote.

Once the manufacturer is confirmed, we sign a contract with client on following up the entire bulk production process for them.

As bulk production begins, we follow up and supervise the entire process and report to client with video as well as photos.

Quality inspection service will be offered after bulk production is finished.

Quality inspection report will be offered after the inspection is finished.
